At New River Transaction Coordinator, transparency and fairness guide everything I do.
Each transaction begins with a simple setup payment to open your file, organize documents, and start coordination with all parties.
The remaining balance is collected once the transaction successfully closes.
If a file does not close, no additional balance is owed — keeping the process simple, clear, and worry-free.
All payment terms and service details will be fully outlined in our Service Agreement before work begins.
